Dieta Wellness is a holistic wellness spa specializing in registered massage therapy, holistic nutrition counselling, and other services, like non-invasive body modification and paramedical tattoo options, to help you look and feel confident in your skin and reclaim your health.

A cancer journey leads two sisters, Jasleen and Sandeep, to leave their careers to find happiness in helping others with their health. The first stage was becoming Alberta's first Madero (wood) and herbal ice therapy specialists in early 2019. Since then, they had the opportunity to assist over 1000 individuals locally and across Canada to feel comfortable with their body image through various non-invasive and holistic body modification modalities.

However, providing these services wasn't enough. The need to understand whole-body health approaches and chronic concerns led them to invest further in quality science and research-driven education to better assist their clients with recognizing and addressing the root cause of symptoms. The mission is to provide an educational, rejuvenating, and relaxing experience that leaves individuals feeling renewed and in control of their wellness by focusing on lymphatic, gastrointestinal, mental, and musculoskeletal health.

Dieta Wellness welcomes you to a private, clean, comfortable, and safe space, approved/inspected by Alberta Health Services and licensed through The City of Calgary.
